If you are wondering why the name Asus 6Z, then the company has removed Zen, Zenfone tag names because of the recent Delhi High Court order. The court has restrained Asus from making use of the words Zen and Zenfone. Hence, the Taiwan-based company has taken the step by removing Zenfone name from the products. Going forward, the Asus Zenfone 6 series handsets won’t bear the Zenfone tag.
The upcoming Asus 6Z is powered by a Snapdragon 855 processor coupled with a motorised flip camera. The Asus 6Z will be available on Flipkart and the Walmart-owned company has created a microsite with features and specifications.
The display looks bezel-less without an notch. Tagged as Defy Ordinary, the Asus 6Z will features a 6.4-inch NanoEdge display coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 alongside Snapdragon 855 processor.
