Apple rolls out iOS 12.3.2 software update with bug fixes

Apple has released iOS 12.3.2 software update with new features and improvements. The iOS 12.3.2 software update resolves the Portrait Mode problem associated with the iPhone 8 Plus devices. Previously, customers faced issues while handling Portrait Mode in iOS 12.3.1 update. With the installation of the new update, you will be able to work with iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch smoothly. The update also solves the bugs related to iPhone 8 Plus.

According to Apple, the iOS 12.3.2 includes a bug fix that could cause Camera app to capture Portrait mode images without depth effect. However, the problem has been noticed only on select iPhone 8 Plus devices. You should note that the recently released iOS 12.3.1 provided fixes for the messaging app, VoLTE calls including reporting of junk texts.

If you are working with iPhone 8 Plus, you will automatically receive a notification via OTA. It will take few days for the update to hit your smartphone depending upon the location. Alternatively, you can also manually check for the existence of the iOS 12.3.2 software update by tapping the Settings option.

To install iOS 12.3.2, you need to navigate to the Settings | General settings option. The update will be installed upon clicking on the Software update option. You can install the update over 4G if you have more than 1GB of daily bandwidth. Otherwise, you should opt for Wi-Fi to avoid interruption.

That said, Apple is also planning to release the next-generation iOS 13 and the beta testing phase has been started. We can expect the release in September along with the new iPhones.
