Asus has launched the premium flagship Asus 6z Flip Camera Smartphone starting at Rs 31999. The main attraction of the Asus 6z Flip Camera Smartphone is the integration of a flip camera coupled with notchless NanoEdge all-screen display. Moreover, the handset is powered by a massive 5000mAh battery with refreshed imaging technologies.
The Asus 6z Flip Camera Smartphone is equipped with a 6.4-inch notchless NanoEdge all-screen display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The display bears a 92 percent screen to body ratio. Talking about the internals, the Asus 6Z smartphone is integrated with Snapdragon 855 processor, up to 8GB RAM, 256GB UFS 2.1 storage loaded with a new UI based on stock Android.
You will be able to extend the storage via microSD card slot. The company will push Android Q beta update with the upcoming Android R operating platform. The smartphone also includes a dual 5-magnet stereo speaker with Dual NxP smartamps paired with dual microphone and traditional headphone port.

The Asus 6z Flip Camera Smartphone features a motorized flip-up dual-camera module, which eliminates the need for a notch on the front side. The flip camera provides the capability to snap high-resolution images than conventional smartphones. The Asus 6z is equipped with a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.79 wide aperture lens coupled with Quad Bayer technology.
The addition of 2×1 OCL PDAF autofocus technology is capable of snapping best focus and anti-shake performance. On the front, you will find the presence of 13MP 125-degree ultrawide camera sensor with support for real-time distortion correction.
Asus has manufactured the Flip Camera module using liquid metal, which is not only 20 percent lighter than stainless steel but also four times more powerful. The camera includes features to protect the smartphone if dropped using the G sensor.
You will be able to work with a wide range of shooting modes such as auto panorama, motion tracking including HDR+ enhanced and super night modes. According to a leading benchmark test, the Flip Camera included with Asus 6z smartphone achieved the highest DxOMark score of 98 for the front camera.
Pricing
The Asus 6z Flip Camera Smartphone will be available in 6GB and 8GB RAM variants. The 6GB RAM comprises of 64GB and 128GB storage capacities. While the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage is priced at Rs 31999, the 6GB RAM with 128GB will be up for grabs at RS 34999. If you would like to work with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, you will have to shell out Rs 39999. As part of the launch offer, Flipkart is offering complete mobile protection for Rs 99. The Asus 6z will be made available starting June 26 on Flipkart.
