Microsoft Pushes Windows 10 Version 1903 Update With Pause Time

Microsoft has started to roll out Windows 10 Version 1903 for those devices loaded with Windows 10 Version 1803 update. The Windows 10 Version 1903 is part of May 2019 update and you should be running Windows 10 Version 1803 April update to install the latest software bit.

Microsoft has disclosed that the Windows 10 Version 1903 update is part of their efforts to keep users updated with the latest features and functionalities. Microsoft will stop providing support for systems loaded with the April 2018 update by this year and hence it is imperative for you to install Windows 10 Version 1903.

Commenting on the development, Microsoft disclosed that the company is pushing Windows 10 May 2019 Update for all devices that are nearing the end of service. If you had not updated the device, then you should install the update. The company added that update of the laptops and computers with Windows 10 Version 1903 update is extremely critical for the security and health of the relevant device.

Microsoft revealed that the total number of devices loaded with the April 2018 update is very high. These systems will have to be updated on or before November 12, 2019, for smooth functioning. Hence, the product team has started to push the update for Home and Pro editions now itself to provide sufficient time for the users to adapt to the new update.

Microsoft has provided a capability to pause the installation of the Windows 10 version 1903 update for up to 35 days. Hence, you can wait and install the update. Before proceeding to install the update, it is advisable to capture a backup of your files, images, and videos. You can also manually proceed for the Windows Update installation. The update will install automatically if your system is fit in both software and hardware aspects.
