Xiaomi has launched Redmi K20 Pro and Redmi K20 smartphones with trending specifications in India. The main highlight of the Redmi K20 series is the addition of a 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 855 processor coupled with a 48MP Sony IMX586 triple-camera sensor.
The Redmi K20 Pro features a 6.39-inch FHD+ (2340×1080, 19.5:9) AMOLED Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protected display. The 91.9% screen-to-body ratio display helps you to visualize the content clearly. The main reason for the higher body ratio is attributed to the pop-up front camera.
On the internals, the Redmi K20 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 855 processor, Adreno 640 graphics processor, 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB/256GB UFS 2.1 internal storage loaded with the latest version of Android. The company has embedded 8 layers of 3D graphite sheet, which dissipates heat to a large extent. The Game Turbo 2.0 mode helps you to play games easily.
The rear side bears a 48MP primary Sony IMX586 (f/1.75 aperture) sensor, 8MP (f/2.4 aperture) telephoto lens alongside a 13MP wide-angle lens. The 2X zoom functionality helps you to capture distant objects without any blur. The front side is integrated with a 20MP (f/2.0 aperture) pop-up selfie camera with support for AI Face Unlock capability.
In addition to 4G VoLTE, the Redmi K20 Pro provides support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GLONASS, NFC including a traditional headphone port. Moreover, the phone ships with a Qualcomm Aqstic WCD9340 Hi-Fi audio chip, which amplifies the audio produced from the phone.
You will be able to quickly charge the device with the help of the USB Type-C port. The handset borrows power via the 4000mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging technology and can be charged within one hour without abnormal heat.
The 6GB RAM model with 128GB storage is priced at Rs 27999, while the premium 8GB RAM variant with 256GB can be grabbed at Rs 30999. The handset will be available for sale starting July 22 and will be available on Flipkart and Mi Home. As part of the launch offer, Flipkart is also providing a flat discount of Rs 1000 for ICICI Bank customers and Airtel data.
