Reliance Jio has officially launched Jio Saarthi digital assistant in English and Hindi. The main aim of the Jio Saarthi is not only to simplify digital recharges for Jio subscribers but also to boost online recharges. The Jio Saarthi assistant provides step-by-step voice instructions related to recharge options. You can access the assistant from within the MyJio app with the ability to fetch payment details.
According to company sources, the Jio Saarthi digital assistant will be made available in 12 regional languages. After the Jio Saarthi is made available to your device, you will view a small human icon towards the right-hand bottom portion of your screen. You have to select and communicate with the interface.
To open the human icon, you should tap on the Recharge button and the interface will appear in the form of a floating icon. You will receive instructions via voice for easily performing digital recharge.
You will hear the voice until you finish the recharge process. You will be able to select a relevant recharge plan and also pay for the plan. You will also be able to fetch payment details including stored debit and credit card numbers. The digital assistant provides all the required information to enable you to complete the transaction.
We are unable to receive the Jio Saarthi update on our Jio smartphone. We expect that the company is rolling out the update in a phased manner.
