HMD Global has announced the launch of Nokia 7.2 smartphone at Rs 18599 in India. The main attraction of the Nokia 7.2 is the integration of a 48MP triple rear cameras alongside water-drop notch design. Moreover, the handset is pre-loaded with Snapdragon 660 processor.
Touted to be the successor of Nokia 7.1, the Nokia 7.2 smartphone is available in both 4GB and 6GB RAM variants. The 4GB RAM model offers a 64GB storage, while the 6GB RAM option offers 64GB internal storage instead of 128GB in the Global variant.
The Nokia 7.2 is equipped with a 6.3-inch FHD+ Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protected PureDisplay with support for HDR technology. The company has designed the smartphone using an aluminum frame in the middle paired with a fingerprint sensor on the rear. The phone borrows power via the embedded 3500mAh battery.
On the internals, the Nokia 7.2 is powered by a Snapdragon 660 processor, 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB expandable storage loaded with Android One platform. The handset is designed using 14nmFinFET manufacturing process, which delivers low heat even during extreme usage. You will be able to extend the storage up to 512GB via microSD card slot.
The Nokia 7.2 is integrated with triple rear cameras comprising of 48MP primary, 8MP wide-angle and 5MP depth sensors respectively. While the 48MP camera offers f/1.79 aperture, the 8MP secondary sensors offer f/2.2 aperture. The front camera is buried deep into the water-drop notch with a 20MP sensor.
In addition to 4G VoLTE, the Nokia 7.2 provides support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, traditional headphone port and USB Type-C port respectively. You will be able to purchase the device via Nokia official store, Flipkart and all retail stores.
