Google is gearing up to launch Google Pixel 4 alongside Pixel Watch at an event to be held on October 15. The launch of Pixel Watch will set new benchmarks in the fitness industry. We can expect new features including sleep tracking and a sedentary reminder on the Pixel watch.

Touted as the successor to Google Pixel 3, the Pixel 4 will ship with refreshed specifications. The rumors reveal that Google Pixel 4 will integrate a dewdrop display with thin bezels. You can also expect an in-display fingerprint sensor with a glass back. The main highlight of the Google Pixel 4 is the possible addition of 5G support. While the Google Pixel will ship with 4G support, the premium Pixel 4 will offer 5G support.

Talking about the specifications, Pixel 4 will flaunt a 5.7-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The premium Pixel 4 XL will ship with a large 6.3-inch OLED display. As discussed above, the company will probably integrate a dewdrop display based on the latest trends and technologies.

On the specifications front, the Google Pixel 4 will be powered by a Snapdragon 855 processor, 6GB RAM, up to 512GB internal storage. The rear side will carry a dual camera comprising of 12MP primary sensor and a 16MP telephoto lens. There are reports about the inclusion of Live Caption feature, which automatically transcribes audio into relevant subtitles.

Google Pixel 4 will be available starting at $599 for the standard variant. However, you can expect price slash for the Pixel 3 variants. The search engine giant might completely stop the production of the first generation Pixels after the launch of Pixel 4. The possibility of a dedicated button to activate Google Assistant can’t be ruled out. That said, you should accept the above facts only with a pinch of salt since there is no official confirmation.
