Vodafone Idea Extends Strategic Partnership with TCS to Enhance Customer Experience


Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has established a strategic partnership with Vodafone Idea to enhance the overall customer experience. The TCS and Vodafone Idea have decided to extend their partnership for another five years. Vodafone Idea is adopting the latest technologies for customer experience enhancement in its bid to become the world’s largest network integration in India.

The Tata Consultancy Services has been able to differentiate itself in a dynamic and intensely competitive market by acquiring scale. The company also personalizes the customer experience and constantly innovates with new and technology-led services. The company is targeting the B2B segment including the start-up ecosystem in association with Vodafone Idea.

Commenting on the development, Hitesh TK, CIO, Vodafone Idea disclosed that the company is excited to extend its partnership with TCS and focus on bringing Value Addition through Automation and Digital Experience. The partnership will also fuel sustained business growth as both companies enter their 10th year of the collaboration.

The company is also bringing integration synergies in the system of Vodafone and Idea to strengthen operational effectiveness and enable faster revenue realization.
