Huawei Nova 5z With Quad Cameras Launched: Features, Specifications and Availability

Huawei has announced the launch of Huawei Nova 5z smartphone in China. The main highlight of the Huawei Nova 5z is the integration of a hole-punch display coupled with quad cameras on the rear. The company has designed the device with a gradient back finish. Moreover, the chipset is manufactured using a 7nm manufacturing process, which not only improves the CPU performance but also the amount of heat generated during the extreme gaming sessions.

The Huawei Nova 5z is equipped with a 6.26-inch FHD+ (2340×1080, 19.5:9) DCI-P3 wide colour gamut display, HiSilicon Kirin 810 processor, 8GB RAM alongside up to 128GB expandable internal storage. You will be able to extend the storage up to 256GB via microSD card. The smartphone is pre-loaded with EMUI 9.1 based on Android 9 Pie operating platform.

The rear side offers a 48MP sensor coupled with an 8MP secondary sensor, which carries a wide-angle lens. You will also find dual 2MP sensors that can be used for macro photography and depth-sensing activities. On the front, the Huawei Nova 5z incorporates a 32MP sensor paired with f/2.0 aperture. The smartphone borrows power via the embedded 4000mAh battery with support for 10V/2A fast charging technology.

In addition to 4G LTE, the Huawei Nova 5z provides support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS including USB Type-C charging port. You will be able to charge the device quickly. Moreover, the phone offers support for all standard sensors including fingerprint.

The Huawei Nova 5z is available in 6GB and 8GB RA variant comprising of 64GB and 128GB storage capacities. The 6GB RAM model with 64GB storage is priced at CNY 1599, while the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage is up for grabs at CNY 1799. The handsets will be available via VMall starting November 1.
