Redmi XiaoAI Speaker Play Launched: Features, Specifications and Availability

Redmi XiaoAI Speaker Play

Redmi has announced the launch of Redmi XiaoAI Speaker Play in China. The newly launched Redmi XiaoAI Speaker Play is priced at CNY 79, which is equivalent to USD 11. In addition to the Redmi XiaoAI Speaker Play, the company also announced the launch of the flagship Redmi K30 smartphone and RedmiBook 13.

The Redmi XiaoAI Speaker Play is equipped with a 1.75-inch 5W speaker coupled with a U-shaped duct design. The company reveals that the speaker is powerful with a 350cc large sound cavity. The speaker is capable of delivering premium sound quality. We don’t have any information as to whether the smart speaker is exclusively oriented for China or Global users.

According to Xiaomi, the Redmi XiaoAI Speaker Play makes use of the next-generation Bluetooth mesh gateway. You will find it easy to control and manage smart home products such as Light Bulbs and Smart Door Locks. The speaker ships with the revolutionary small love classmates, which provides support for Little Love Male Voice.

Unlike Amazon Echo Dot and Google Home Mini, the Redmi XiaoAI Speaker Play has been integrated with both male and female voices. This is a new invention when it comes to the world of smart speakers. The automated voiceprint recognition capability helps you to listen to sound effectively. Moreover, the speaker will understand the voice of the user easily upon prolonged usage.

The Redmi XiaoAI Speaker Play is available in Green, Blue, White and Pink color variants at CNY 79. You just need to pay as low as $11 to work with the smart speaker system. Even though you can pre-order starting 4.30 PM China time, it will take December 12 for the product to ship. As of this writing, we are unable to view the product listing on Banggood.
