Microsoft has announced the significant changes along with the Windows 10 Insider Build 19536 for the Insiders in the fast ring. According to company sources, Windows Insiders in the Fast ring will receive builds from the RS_PRERELEASE active development branch. It is with the help of the branch the developers verify for the latest modifications to the operating system.
The fast ring insiders will receive new Windows 10 builds from the active development branch. Moreover, the new features will first arrive inside this build. If you install the upcoming Windows 10 Insider builds, you will work with the latest features and improvements. If you are part of Windows Insiders under the fast ring, you will receive fresh code directly from the product team.
Brandon LeBlanc aka @brandonleblanc took to Twitter and revealed that the company still do A/B testing in both Slow and Fast rings. The proposed changes from the latest Windows Insider build will only be specific to the relevant builds. Brandon is the chief nerd on the Windows Insider Program Team.
We will still do A/B testing in all the rings. Changes today is specific only to builds.

It is to be noted that Microsoft has completely removed the Skip Ahead Ring, which was primarily used to test cutting edge features. However, they were part of the release cycle.
