You will have to pay Rs 199990 to grab Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar, which is tad expensive. The soundbar will be available via offline retail stores across India. It took nearly one year for the company to unveil the soundbar in India after the initial launch in the US.
The Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar features 13 speaker drivers, 3D sound coupled with Dolby Atmos technology. The company has tagged the soundbar as highly-rated and is considered a premium device to use in your home theatre room.
The Sennheiser Ambeo soundbar is available with 13 speakers comprising of 6 woofers, 5 tweeters, and dual top-firing full-range speakers. The soundbar is compatible with a wide range of sound formats such as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X technology. The addition of 5 regular speakers, one subwoofer and 4 additional speakers will surely replicate 5.1.4 home theatre setup. The soundbar also comes up with Sennheiser’s Upmix, which automatically converts 5.1 audio to 3D sound.
In addition to HDMI eARC, the Sennheiser Ambeo soundbar provides support for Bluetooth, Google Chromecast alongside 4K and Dolby Vision passthrough. It is also possible to adjust settings on the soundbar via the bundled Sennheiser Sound Control app for Android and iOS. You can also connect a dedicated subwoofer to the soundbar.
