BSNL is gearing up to launch the 4G mobile services starting April 1. According to reports, BSNL is currently providing 10GB daily data for Rs 96 per month. If the reports turn out to be true, BSNL will beat Reliance Jio and Airtel. The Bleagaured Government telecom company is on the verge to provide 4G services by making use of the existing 3G spectrum.
The reports indicate that new plans will be valid only for the first few months and will change when the company rolls out 4G mobile services all over India. IN addition to Rs 96 4G mobile services, the company also launched Rs 236 plan and will be available only for those customers where BSNL has enabled 4G network.
BSNL recently launched 4G mobile services in Kolkata and subscribers can recharge for Rs 96 to experience 10GB data per day. However, the chances on customers making full use of 10GB are bleak unless they watch streaming movies. BSNL is not offering any app like JioTV, which enables you to watch Live TV channels via Jio 4G network.
If you are located in Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Kolkata, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat, Chennai, and Tamil Nadu, you will be able to enjoy 4G services. The state-owned company has expanded the 4G mobile service in Kolkata with improved coverage. You should approach the nearest BSNL customer service center to obtain 4G SIM card to work with 10GB data for Rs 96 per month.
