OnePlus has rolled out OxygenOS 10.0.8 update for the OnePlus 7T smartphone. The latest update also includes the January Security patch and will be made available in an incremental manner. While the global version number is 10.0.8, the company coined 10.3.1 for the updates OTEed to India.
The OxygenOS 10.0.8 update includes enhanced RAM management optimization with improvement to black or blank screen issues while working with few apps. The company has added functionality to support reminders for privacy alerts including improved system stability and bug fixes. The update also integrated VoWifi registration for Reliance Jio SIM connectivity. The Notes and Contacts synchronization are also supported.
After the installation of the OxygenOS 10.0.8 update, you will be able to experience optimized message notification coupled with mode and app selection. The OxygenOS 10.0.8 also added functionalities for location, calendar, and auto-tracking.
It is advisable to free up the disk space and charge the handset completely. Moreover, you should establish connectivity with Wi-Fi instead of mobile data. If you have less than 30 percent charge, you should ideally keep the smartphone in a charging position while you perform the charging process.
