iQOO, a new brand that entered the Indian shores has launched iQOO 3 5G smartphone for a massive price. The company has been aggressively marketing the device since the past one month via social media and Flipkart. IQOO 3 is the second 5G smartphone after Realme. The handset features pressure-sensitive buttons on the sides coupled with 4D vibration feedback. The iQOO 3 bears a 48MP primary camera instead of the standard 64MP in competing devices. iQOO 3 specifications
The iQOO 3 flaunts a 6.44-inch FHD+ HDR 10+ SAMOLED display alongside Schott Xensation UP protective layer. The display offers a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels and a pixel density of 409 PPI. With 180Hz touch sampling rate, the iQOO 3 bears a 800-nits of brightness, which can crank up to 1200-nits. Coming to the internals, the iQOO 3 gets adequate power via Snapdragon 865 processor, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. The handset is pre-loaded with iQOO UI 1.0 based on Android 10 operating platform.
On the imaging segment, the iQOO 3 features a quad camera comprising of 48MP (f/1.79) Sony IMX582 sensor primary camera, a 13MP (f/2.46) telephoto lens, 13MP (f/2.2) wide-angle shooter coupled with a 2MP (f/2.4) portrait camera. The main purpose of the portrait sensor is that you can capture bokeh shots. The front-facing camera offers a 16MP (f/2.45) sensor with support for 4K video.
The iQOO borrows power via the 4440mAh battery with 55W Super FlashCharge technology. You will be able to charge the device quickly. In addition to 5G, the iQOO 3 also provides support for 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, GLONASS, and all the standard sensors. The addition of the USB Type-C port helps you to quickly charge the device. The iQOO 3 comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor using which you can unlock the device quickly.
iQOO 3 Pricing and Availability
The iQOO 3 is bailable in both 8GB and 12GB RAM variants. The 8GB RAM with 128GB storage is priced at Rs. 36990, while the 256GB storage is up for grabs at Rs 39990. The 12GB RAM model with 5G support and 256GB storage costs Rs 44990. The smartphone will be available for sale starting March 4, 2020, at 12 PM. As part of the launch offer, the company is offering flat Rs 3000 discount on ICICI Bank credit card. You can also avail no-cost EMI up to 12 months. Reliance Jio is also offering benefits worth Rs 12000 for every purchase of the smartphone.
