Vivo has added another smartphone to its kitty with the launch of Vivo Y51s 5G smartphone. The main advantage of the Vivo Y51s 5G is the addition of 5G connectivity coupled with Exynos 880 processor. The device features a punch-hole display coupled with triple rear cameras. The rear side features a 48MP primary camera and borrows power via a powerful 4500mAh battery. The handset is integrated with liquid-cooled heat pipes alongside multi-layer PGS graphite heat sinks. The addition of conductive gel is capable of reducing the internal temperature by up to 10-degrees.
Vivo Y51s 5G Specifications
The Vivo Y51s is equipped with a 6.53-inch FHD+ (19.5:9, 90.4 percent screen-to-body ratio) display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. On the internals, the Y51s smartphone works with the help of an Exynos 880 processor, 6GB RAM, and 128GB expandable internal storage. It is possible to extend the storage up to 256GB via microSD card. The smartphone ships with an integrated SA and NSA dual-mode for 5G mobile connectivity. The handset is pre-loaded with FunTouch OS 10.5 based on Android 10 operating platform.
Optics wise, the Vivo Y51s 5G ships with triple rear cameras comprising of a 48MP (f/1.79) primary sensor, 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor, and 2MP (f/2.4) macro sensor respectively. The selfie camera comprises of a 16MP punch-hole sensor with LED Flash. The device draws adequate working power via a 4500mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.
In addition to 4G VoLTE, the Vivo Y51s 5G provides support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, and a traditional headphone port. The fingerprint sensor is mounted on the side panel.

The 6GB RAM with 128GB storage model of the Vivo Y51s 5G will be available for RMB 1798 starting July 29 in China. We expect the launch of the device globally within the next few months.
