The Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 20262 has fixed an issue where the notifications related to block at first sight weren’t being localized. If you are unable to activate the “Sign in with pin or smart card” buttons in the authentication dialog using space or the enter key while working with Narrator in scan mode, then the issue has been resolved. If you disconnect Wi-Fi and the network flyout would say mobile still connected, then you will not face the issue again.
