Xiaomi has launched Mi Watch Lite with an identical design when compared with the Redmi Watch. The Mi Watch Lite is capable of delivering 9-day battery life and includes square dial. Even though the company has launched the watch, the pricing and availability features are not yet available. Xiaomi released the watch in three different watch cases coupled with five strap color variants in Navy Blue, Ivory, Black, Olive, and Pink.
The Mi Watch Lite features a 1.4-inch display with a resolution of 320×320 pixels with square form factor. The display provides support for automated brightness based on ambient lighting conditions. Moreover, the watch ships with multiple fitness modes including the ability to monitor heart rate continuously. The watch also provides support for NFC, which provides support for Bluetooth 5 technology.
The Mi watch Lite also provides support for multiple sports modes, which include running, cycling, and indoor swimming. Moreover, the watch is resistant to water up to 50 meters with 24-hour heart rate monitoring. The sleep monitoring capability is accompanied by suggestions for breathing exercises. The watch draws power via a 230mAh battery that can be fully charged in 2 hours via an integrated charger.
As of this writing, we don’t have any information about when Xiaomi will launch Mi Watch Lite. The Lei Jun-owned company is yet to reveal the price details as well. The watch is likely to be released in India by the end of Q1 2021.
