Xiaomi expanded the networking division with the launch of the Mi Router AX6000 with Wi-Fi 6 support in China. The router is capable of delivering up to 4804Mbps speed. The official sale will happen starting January 8 but people can pre-order the router starting today. In addition to Wi-Fi 6, the AX6000 router ships with 6 high-quality antennas and one external AIoT antenna. On the internals, the router comes with a Qualcomm processor paired with up to 4804Mbps speed. The router also ships with a wide range of security features including a dedicated management module for Android and iOS.

The Mi Router AX6000 is powered by a Qualcomm IPQ5018 processor alongside a 1.0GHz Network Processor Unit. The router is pre-loaded with WIFi ROM based on OpenWRT with 512MB RAM. The company has revealed that the touter can deliver up to 574Mbps speed on 2.4GHz frequency.
The router is designed using natural heat dissipation technology, which reduces the heat to a great extent. You will find LED indicators for the Power, Internet, AIoT status including network ports. The AX6000 router provides connectivity with up to 16 devices because of the OFDMA and MU-MIMO technologies.
The router works with the AIoT devices seamlessly paired with ultra-low latency connectivity for an enhanced gaming experience. Talking about security, the Mi Router AX6000 ships with support for WPA-PSK/QPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAe encryption technologies.
