CES 2021: Lenovo Launches ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga, ThinkPad X12 Detachable, ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9, X1 Yoga Gen 6

Lenovo has released ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga, ThinkPad X12 detachable, ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9, and X1 Yoga Gen 6 laptops with Windows 10 during the sidelines of the CES 2021. The X1 Titanium yoga is designed in a thin form-factor with a 3:2 aspect ratio with support for Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos speaker system. The detachable laptop provides support for Lenovo Precision Pen or Lenovo Digital Pen respectively.

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga Specifications

The ThinkPad X1 titanium Yoga boasts a 13.5-inch 2K display with a resolution of 2256×1504 pixels and 450-nits peak brightness. The 201PPI pixel density is paired with 100 percent coverage of sRGB color space. On the internals, the Titanium Yoga is powered by an Intel 11th generation Core i7 vPro processor, Intel Iris Xe graphics with up to 16GB RAM, and 1TB PCIe SSD storage space. In addition to Wi-Fi 6, the ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga provides support for 5G, 4G LTE, headphone port, and dual Thunderbolt 4 ports. The audio is housed by dual speakers powered by Dolby Atmos support paired with four 360-degree microphones.

Lenovo ThinkPad X12 Detachable Specifications

The ThinkPad X12 detachable is equipped with a 12.3-inch FHD+ IPS Corning Gorilla Glass 5 display with 400-nits brightness. Talking about the internals, the convertible laptop works with the help of an Intel Core i7 vPro processor alongside Intel Iriz X3 graphics chipset. The device comes with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB NVMe SD internal storage. In addition to Wi-Fi 6, the laptop provides support for Bluetooth 5.1, 4G LTE, Thunderbolt 4 including USB 3.2 Type-C fast charging port. The detachable device offers Dolby Premium app alongside dual-array microphones. The company has integrated a 42Wh battery, which is capable of delivering up to 9.98 hours of working time.

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 Specifications

The ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 is available in both HD, UHD, and FHD display configurations. The 14-inch model offers a 16:10 aspect ratio, while the UHD variant offers support for HDR400 and 100 percent DCI-P3 coverage. The FHD variant ships with 400-nits and 500-nits brightness coupled with 100 percent sRGV display with touch display option. Under the hood, the Carbon Gen 9 is powered by an Intel Core i7 vPro processor, Intel iris Xe Graphics with up to 32GB RAM, and 2TB Gen 4 PCIe SSD internal storage. The laptop provides support for all connectivity features with support for Dolby Atmos speaker system with Dolby Voice and four 360-degree microphones.

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 6 Specifications

The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 6 boasts a 14-inch UHD display with support for HDR400 and a 16:10 touch ratio. Talking about the internals, the Yoga Gen 6 runs with the help of Intel Core i7 vPro processor, Intel Iris Xe graphics with up to 32GB RAM, and 2TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD. The notebook is capable of delivering up to 15 hours of runtime via 57Wh battery with all standard connectivity features available with the above devices.

Pricing & Availability

The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yog is priced at $1899, while the Lenovo ThinkPad X12 Detachable is up for grabs at $1149. While the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 will hit retail shelves at $1429, the ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 6 will be available for $1569. The devices are not cheap and you will have to wait for some time for the price to reduce. You will be able to buy the newly launched laptops starting February 2021.
