The much-hyped PUBG alternative FAU-G is currently available on App Store for iPhone and iPad users. The FAU-G: Fearless and United Guards is currently available for download on iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. The FAU-G game was originally launched on January 26, 2020, by nCore Games and was promoted by Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar.
The game was initially made available only for Android but the developers revealed that an iOS version is under development. FAU-G game was considered as an alternative to PUBG game, which the Narendra Modi led Government banned in July 2020 due to a deadly India-China border clash.
The app measures 567MB in capacity and requires iOS 10 and above. The privacy Nutrition Label on the App Store clearly mentions that FAU-G collects data related to purchases, user content usage data, contact information including diagnostics. The captured data is used to keep track of usage consumption.
Even though FAU-G game is free for iOS, there are in-app purchases. The total number of FAU-G downloads has crossed 5 million but the reviews are not that much exciting because of the linear and boring interface.

The tech-savvy enthusiasts are of the opinion that the game is not a competitor to the much-acclaimed PUBG. The FAU-G game is set in Galwan valley inspired by the border clashes between India and China in June 2020.
FAU-G is being heavily criticized for the lack of game modes and hence the company is planning to introduce a Team Deathmatch Mode. The trailer displays several guns such as handheld pistols, assault rifles, and others. The FAUG is expected to bring five modes. The company is yet to reveal the future roadmap of the game and e can expect something soon.
