If you haven’t installed Snip & Sketch, you will see the removal of the Snipping Tool after updating to Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 21354 build. You will have to manually install Snip & Sketch from the Microsoft Store to work with the tool again.
After the installation of the Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 21354, you will notice that Windows Accessories, Windows Administrative Tools, Windows PowerShell, and Windows System folders have been relocated to Windows Tools entry point. Microsoft already introduced this feature along with the Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 21343. These apps will still appear via search and can be pinned to the Start menu or Taskbar. The Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 21354 has enabled the ability to deselect “Open on hover” in the “News and interests” Taskbar options based on your feedback. The default path to access Linux files from Windows via the Windows Subsystem for Linux has been modified from `\\wsl\\`to `\\wsl.localhost\\` to enhance performance and reliability. You can still access Linux files with the help of `\\wsl$\\`.
If you navigate to Settings | Update & Security | Change active hours, you will be able to find the toggle turned on for “Automatically adjust active hours for this device based on activity” option. Windows Update will be able to schedule automatic restarts when you are typically not using your device more accurately.
All pinned sites on the latest versions of Microsoft Edge should make use of the Taskbar behavior without having to unpin and re-pin the site.
