Microsoft has released Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3740.0 to the beta & release preview channels. The update is optional for Windows Insiders in the Release Preview Channel. According to Microsoft, the update will not be offered to commercial devices in the Release Preview Channel. These devices are devices AAD-joined and or running the Windows 10 Enterprise Edition.
The company revealed that these customers will receive Windows feature Experience Packs delivered through C preview releases, which will then automatically rolled up into monthly B releases. The purpose of this update is to enable commercial customers to test all the non-security bug fixes and features that will be pushed with the next monthly B release.

The Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3740.0 only applies to Windows Insiders in the beta and release preview channels who are currently running the latest 21H1 release in the Beta channel. The update will also be available to the latest 20H2 release on the Release Preview Channel currently.
The Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3740.0 update removed nonfunctional hyperlinks from being displayed in the Input Method Editor (IME) candidate window. The Experience Pack updates are delivered to Windows Insiders via Windows Update just like builds and cumulative updates are.
Microsoft is testing out a new process with Windows Insiders to deliver new feature improvements to customers outside of major Windows 10 feature updates. Going forward, the Redmond-based software giant is gearing up to expand the scope and the frequency of releases in the future.
