Microsoft has released Windows 10 Build 19043.964 (21H1) to Beta and Release Preview Channels. However, the update will be available only for those Windows Insiders who are in 21H1. The update includes all the fixes in 21H1 Build 19043.962 including an additional bug fix. Microsoft has resolved an issue that causes a 0xC2 (BAD_POOL_CALLER) bug check when making use of IOCTL_SCSI_PASS_THROUGH_DIRECT.
Microsoft also released Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3740.0 to the Beta & Release Preview Channels. The update will not be offered to commercial devices in the Release Preview channel. The update will be available to Windows Insiders in the Beta and Release Preview Channels who are on the latest 21H1 release in the Beta Channel.

The update will also be available to the latest 20H2 release on the Release preview Channel currently. The Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3740.0 has removed nonfunctional hyperlinks from being displayed in the Input Method Editor (IME) candidate window. The Windows feature Experience Pack updates are delivered to Windows Insiders via Windows Update just like builds and cumulative updates.
