Microsoft has released Windows 10 Build 19043.1023 (21H1) to Windows Insiders in the beta and release preview channels. However, the update will be available only for those Windows who are on 21H1. The Windows 10 Build 19043.1023 (21H1) brings in several improvements. The update has resolved an issue with the just-in-time (JIT) behavior of jscript9.dll. The update also resolved an issue that could prevent users from opening phone apps that are pinned to the Taskbar. The issue mainly occurs after you update to Windows 10 version 2004 and then make use of the Your Phone app.

The Windows 10 Build 19043.1023 (21H1) has resolved an issue that prevents certain Windows 32 from opening when using both runas command and BlockNonAdminUserInstall Group Policy is turned on. The issue associated with the display of progressive web application (PWA) icons as blank upon pinning to the Taskbar has been resolved.

The improper memory for touch input before a session ends has been resolved. The memory leak associated with ctfmon.exe has been fixed in the latest update. If the touch device is not working as a serial mouse in multiple monitor situations, then the problem has been resolved.

If the Settings page text at startup is displayed as “Let’s finish setting up your device”, then the problem has been fixed. Microsoft has resolved an issue that might display items on the desktop after you have deleted them from the desktop.

The update has resolved an issue that prevents users from viewing the Mouse settings page after the Settings Page Visibility Group Policy is set to “showonly:easeofaccess-mousepointer”.

The update resolved an issue in Safe Mode, which prevents users from signing in if Web Sign-in is enabled. The problem associated with Active Directory Admin Center and Screen Readers has been resolved. This issue mainly occurs because UI Automation reports inaccurate property information for controls such as IsDialog and IsControl.

The Windows 10 Build 19043.1023 (21H1) has fixed an issue that fails to apply BitLocker encryption automatically using a Group Policy. The memory leak issue in PKU2U, which causes cluster nodes to run out of memory has been resolved. The issue related to the Autopilot Reset command and Windows Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) has been fixed.

The error related to the failure of video playback after switching from an external high-dynamic-range display to an integrated non-HDR display has been fixed. If you enable spatial audio and the spatial audio effects are not enabled, then the issue has been resolved. The noise pertaining to spatial audio and usage of Bluetooth USB headphones has been fixed.
