Microsoft has established partnership with most popular GIF provider in China – weshineapp.com to enable GIF selections for WIndows Insiders in China via the emoji panel. However, the location should be set to China to make GIF data to appear from weshineapp.com. If you right-click on the volume icon in the Taskbar, you will be able to view an option to troubleshoot sound problems.
