Microsoft Prepares the Windows 10 November 2021 Update for Release

Microsoft has announced that the product team is preparing the Windows 10 November 2021 Update (Windows 10, version 21H2) for release. The company also revealed that the build 19044.1288 is the final build of the November 2021 Update and the ISO of the build is available for download. The overall experience of the November 2021 update will be improved via the usual servicing cadence.

The Windows 10 November 2021 Update is rolling out to all Windows Insiders in the Release Preview Channel via seeker experience in Windows Update. If you are currently on Windows 10 version 21H1 in the Release Preview Channel, you should navigate to Settings | Update & Security | Windows Update and opt to download and install Windows 10 version 21H2. You will continue to receive new servicing updates via Windows Update after the installation of Windows 10 version 21H2.

Microsoft also disclosed that the new Windows Hello for Business deployment method also called as cloud thrust is still under development. The method will be made available via a monthly update to the November 2021 update. Moreover, Windows Insider Program for Business Participants have been able to validate Windows 10 version 21H2 on commercial PCs in their organizations since last month. The support offer is intended to resolve issues with commercial-specific scenarios and is limited to Windows 10 Enterprise, Pro, and Education edition customers.
