Microsoft Starts Pushing Windows 11 Microsoft Store to Windows 10 Users

Microsoft has announced the immediate availability of Windows 11 Microsoft Store to Windows 10 users. Previously, the product team released Windows 10 Microsoft Store to Windows 10 Insiders. This was unexpected because new Microsoft Store was meant for Windows 11.

Rudy Huyn, Principal Architect, Microsoft Store too to Twitter and revealed that the new Microsoft Store will start rolling out to regular Windows 10 users. Rudy added that the new Microsoft Store is coming to Windows 10 PCs. However, the update will be rolled out in a phased manner for Windows 10 PC users who are not part of Windows Insiders program. It will take time for the update to hit the relevant devices.

The new Windows 10 Microsoft Store includes several new features and UI enhancements. Microsoft has updated the Store Policy to pave way for the entry of Reddit, TikTok, Amazon Store, VLC and much more. You will feel a new experience if you are bored with Windows 10 Store app. That said, the availability of Android apps are exclusive to Windows 11. Going forward, we can expect integration of Disney Plus app with Microsoft Store.

Eve though Microsoft released Windows 11, the product team is continuously working to roll out new updates to Windows 10. The Windows 10 will be active until 2025 when entire users will be migrated to Windows 11. Microsoft is regularly pushing new updates and improvements to Windows 11 based on the feedback.
