Microsoft Pushes Windows 11 Build 22000.348 to Beta and Release Preview Channels

Microsoft has pushed Windows 11 Build 22000.348 (KB5007262) to Windows Insiders in the Beta and Release Preview Channels. The update has resolved an issue pertaining to apps such as Kaspersky apps from opening after you attempt to repair or update the apps using the Microsoft Installer aka MSI.

The Windows 11 Build 22000.348 includes all improved included with the Windows 11 Build 22000.346 (KB5007262) that was thrown open to Windows Insiders in the Beta and Release Preview Channels. Microsoft had fixed an issue pertaining to the Appx PowerShell cmdlet functionality on PowerShell 7.1 and later. The update had resolved issues that causes some users to view an unexpected bad image error message dialog at startup.

The company resolved an issue that causes searchindexer.exe to stop responding during a dismount operation in the remote desktop environment. The update resolved an issue that affects the opening of the SearchFilterHost.exe process. The Build 22000.348 has added support for the cancellation of daylight savings time for the Republic of Fiji for 2021. The build has fixed a COM initialization issue in wslapi.dll that might cause the calling process to stop working. Microsoft has fixed an issue in the Hyper-V Virtual Machine Bus (VMBus) that causes the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) VB to randomly time out when attaching disks. The issue that affected the System memory Management Unit (SMMU) fault handling after hibernation has been resolved. If the system stops working after the activation of Hyper-V, then that issue has been resolved.
