You should select “Access Zoho Survey” button and then select a category. You can also create survey from scratch.
If you select Customer Satisfaction Survey, you will view set of options as shown below
If you select options like Brand or Product Feedback, you will view set of template questions with placeholders as shown below
If you click on a survey question template, you will view an editor where you can provide relevant question and corresponding answers.
