Microsoft has rolled out Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25115 to the Dev channel Windows Insiders. This new build is not offered to ARM64 PCs and comes with a new feature named Suggested Actions. The build also comes with several bug fixes and improvements. Microsoft is also currently pushing Sound Recorder preview for Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel.
The Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25115 has introduced a new feature named Suggested Actions, which makes everyday tasks quicker in Windows 11 via inline suggested actions. Windows 11 will automatically suggest relevant actions such as creating calendar events and making phone calls when you copy a date, time or phone number. Windows will pop up an inline light dismissible UI that suggests methods to call the phone number via Teams or other apps upon copying a phone number.

The Suggested Actions feature is only available to Windows Insiders in the US.
Microsoft has closed the ability to switch from the Dev Channel to the Beta Channel since your device will be on a higher build number. However, you have 10 days or until the company pushes a newer build to the Dev Channel to roll back and migrate to the Beta Channel. If you missed the 10 days cycle, then you can only switch to the Beta Channel by performing a clean installation of Windows 11.
The Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25115 has updated the icons in the Windows Recovery Environment. The build has updated the speech platform to enhance voice activity detection for voice access, live captions, and voice typing. The update has resolved an issue related to loading the system tray icons in Settings | Personalization | Taskbar including resolving explorer.exe crashes. If you view error 0x800703E6 while copying files from Google Drive, then the issue has been resolved. The performance of loading Home has improved considerably with this update. If you had opened context menu and expolorer.exe was crashed upon invocation of CTRL+ALT+DEL, then the issue has been fixed. The Build 25115 has also fixed a sporadic explore.exe crash while closing the File Explorer windows. The Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25115 has resolved an issue pertaining of explorer.exe lock up. The update also improved the way Narrator reads out the remaining space available in System | Storage.
