The taskbar provides an entry point to an overflow menu, which enables users to view all the overflowed apps in a single umbrella. The overflow menu comprises several current taskbar behaviors users are familiar with such as supporting pinned apps, jump list, and extended UI. The menu will silently dismiss once users click outside of the overflow or navigate to an application by selecting the relevant icon.
The Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25163 includes improved nearby sharing, while transferring a local file from the desktop, File Explorer, Photos, Snipping Tool, Xbox, and other apps. The integrated Windows share window has been enhanced by making use of UDP along with Bluetooth to discover nearby devices.
