Windows 11 version 22H2 in the Release Preview Channel Gets Better With Improved File Explorer.

Microsoft has announced new features for Windows 11 version 22H2 for Windows Insiders in the Release Preview Channel. The update is released as part of the continuous Windows innovation and value. Microsoft has enhanced File Explorer with tabs, which enable users to organize sessions identical to that of Microsoft Edge. You can pin important files for quick and easy access from within the new File Explorer homepage. The data pertaining to Microsoft OneDrive can also be viewed from File Explorer including personalized suggestions based on the relevant Microsoft 365 account.

The Windows 11 version 22H2 has been improved with a new feature named Suggested Actions for items that you copy. This feature is available only for customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico when you copy phone numbers or dates, Windows 11 provides suggestions such as make a call with Team or Skype in addition to adding an event in the Calendar app.

A taskbar overflow menu has been added to Windows 11 version 22H2. The Taskbar displays all the overflowed apps in one space and you just need to select the arrow to view the Taskbar items. After the installation of the new update, you will be able to discover and share several devices including desktops with the help of nearby sharing.

Even though the update is released, it will take some time for Windows Insiders to experience the features. The update is rolling out in a phased manner and if you are part of Windows 11 Release Preview channel, then you will receive the new features. You just need to wait because Microsoft is gathering feedback from Windows Insiders.
