Google I/O 2023 dates have been revealed. The mega Google I/O 2023 conference is scheduled to start on May 10. Google is planning a big show this year after the pandemic halted the previous conferences. We saw I/O 2023 returning to the usual concert venue and the company even invited few developers to watch the keynotes.
Google announced that they will invite limited number of people to watch the keynote including sessions and the live event will be available globally. You will be able to watch the keynote and sessions on demand at your own convenience. This is the main advantage of digital events where content will be available for either viewing or download at any time.
Google I/O 2023 will start with an elaborate keynote session by Google CEO Sundar Pichai at the Shoreline Amphitheater, Mountain View, California. The main keynote will be followed by the developer keynote and over 100+ on-demand technical sessions. In addition to traditional content, Google will also provide translated content such as captioned videos immediately after the event. The company will also introduce a virtual I/O adventure experience similar to the previous year.

Google I/O 2023 Expectations
Google is expected to unveil and showcase Android 14 during I/O 2023. We expect the preview launch of Google Bard AI and the system could be made available to select group of people. Google is expected to accept waitlist from people and will push Bard AI slowly. Microsoft released Bing AI on the web and also integrated with Windows 11. Google is way behind Microsoft Bing AI and ChatGPT. The search engine giant should pull out something crazy to stay ahead of the curve.
We also expect paid YouTube verification system where creators can pay and get verified tag on their YouTube channel. Google is expected to remove the mandatory 4000 public watch hours for paid creators. That being said, this is only a rumor and the possibility is remote. Google will announce Pixel 7a and Pixel Tablet with the expected general availability by around October.
