PM Modi Meets Elon Musk, Ray Dalio, Neil deGrasse Tyson Without Wasting Time

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi landed in the US on a 3-day state visit. PM Narendra Modi is having a packed schedule with talks with President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. He met eminent personalities soon after he landed in New York without wasting time. In addition to Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Modi also met investor Ray Dalio, astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, mathematical statistician Nassim Nicholas Taleb, author Robert Thurman and economist Paul Romer. Modi took a wide range of issues regarding space, investments, development, Buddhism, and technology.

PM Modi took to Twitter and disclosed that he talked from energy to spirituality with Elon Musk. Musk confirmed that he will visit India next year and is keen to invest in India. He is keenly looking forward to a significant investment relationship with India including SpaceX collaboration. You should note that India has thrown open the Space sector to private entities and the partnership between ISRO and SpaceX is a step in the right direction. Musk also added that Twitter will have to obey local laws because American laws cannot be applied to Earth.

PM Modi also met Ray Dalio and urged him to invest in India. He outlined the various reforms that his government had initiated and its progress. Dalio said that the economic potential of India is enormous. Modi is a man whose time has come when India’s time has come, he added. India now has a true reformer who has the ability to transform India into a developed country. India will be a big market for opportunities in the future.

PM Modi interacted with Neil deGrasse Tyson about the progress of the space sector. Both also discussed how to attract the attention of youngsters toward science and innovation. According to Tyson, Sky is not the limit for PM Modi and he is delighted to spend incredible time with the leader who is scientifically thoughtful. He added that PM Modi cares about several things including solutions.

PM Modi also found time to interact with Nobel laureate Professor Paul Romer. They discussed about how technology can be leveraged to enhance lives including the steps to make our cities more sustainable and people-friendly. Modi met Robert Thurman and discussed research and scholarship on Buddhism. They talked about the rich culture of Buddhism and how it can help overcome challenges that the world is facing now. Modi talked about India’s development strides and how India is shaping the future of the youth with Nassim Nicholas Taleb.
