Microsoft Inboxed Outlook for Windows Preview With Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25915

Microsoft has released Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25915 to the Canary Channel. The flight has introduced the new Outlook for Windows Preview as an inbox app. You will be able to establish connectivity with work, personal emails, calendars, and contacts from a single umbrella. The new Outlook for Windows Preview will replace Windows Mail starting January 2024.

Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25915

The Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25915 has inherited the new features from the Dev Channel such as modernized File Explorer Home, Address Bar, Details Pane, Passwordless improvements aka passkey, and never combined mode on the Taskbar.

The Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25915 has improved refresh rate logic to enable different refresh rates on different monitors. It depends on the refresh rate for each monitor and the content displayed on the screen. This mechanism will help users with refresh rate-dependent multitasking activities such as gaming, video playback, and much more.

Windows will remain at the lower refresh rate and not switch to the higher rate until after Battery Saver is disabled. This will happen when you select a Dynamic Refresh Rate and Battery Saver. Microsoft has resolved an issue pertaining to ASUS devices or PCs with ASUS motherboards. The relevant users will now receive Windows Insider updates. Moreover, Ethernet-connected devices will no longer lose network connectivity after upgrading to this build.

Microsoft also announced the start of August 2023 Bug Bash starting August 2. The bug bash will cover the latest features available in preview builds across the Canary, Dev and Beta Channels. You should note that the builds released to the Canary Channel are hot off the presses. Microsoft will provide limited documentation for the flights only if there are new features. YOu will be able to know the features that are highly significant and impactful.
