The Verified system, which was only available to select group of people before was thrown to all people upon paying a fixed amount either monthly or yearly. Elon announced several offers for verified customers and it includes longer posts and quality videos. X also introduced formatting options like Bold and Italics for Verified customers. Moreover, Verified customers will be able to access unlimited tweets as opposed to unverified customers whose views have been capped amidst opposition.

Elon also fired nearly 55% of employees in order to keep the finances checked. According to tech analysts, the recent bout of outrage was caused due to lack of employees to address the various problems pertaining to servers and data center.
