According to Microsoft, the USB4 Standard enhances performance to 80Gbps from 40Gbps. The next generation of powerful displays, storage drives, and connectivity will be enabled via USB4 Standard technology. An interesting point to note is that the USB 4 Standard is backward compatible with older generations of USB and Thunderbolt in addition to USB Type-C connectivity.

Automated Launch of Copilot

The Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23615 has rolled out the automatic launch of Copilot during the booting phase on widescreen devices and monitors. This functionality is only available among select Windows Insiders. Moreover, this new experience will be available on devices with minimum diagonal screen size of 27 inches and above including 1920P pixel width. The Copilot feature will also be limited to primary display screens in multi-monitor scenarios. You will be able to manage this feature by navigating to Settings | Personalization | Copilot.

The Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23615 has resolved an issue related to Task Manager and Windows share window reliability. Microsoft also revealed some known issues related to Copilot in Windows and Widgets.

You will need to make use of “Show grid” commands to click in the “Ask me anything” box when launching or refreshing Copilot in Windows using voice access. The announcements from the Microsoft Start feed are displayed on the Taskbar after the relevant feed is hidden. The keyboard navigation from settings subpages is broken.
