Samsung Galaxy Note 4 gets better with October security patch

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for a new update. This time it is October security patch. According to reports, October 2016 security patch is rolling out to Samsung Galaxy Note 4. However, the update is currently available for units in Europe.

With 350MB size and firmware version XXS1DPJ3, the update includes several other major modifications such as battery enhancements. Moreover, the patch also addresses several bug fixes, performance and stability related improvements.

Samsung is rolling out upddates in batches. It will take some time for the update to reflect on your phone. Alternatively, you can manually verify for the existence of the update by navigating to Settings menu.
