Nokia 8 Android Smartphone listed online well ahead of the launch at MWC 2017

Within days before the official launch of Nokia 8, the smartphone has been listed on JD.com, a popular Chinese e-commerce retailer. The smartphone has been listed with a price tag of CNY 3188, which is approximately Rs. 31000.

According to NDTV, the authenticity of the listing of the alleged phone is very difficult to establish. It is expected that HMD Global will officially announce the launch of Nokia 8 on February 26 at MWC 2017. The event will kick off at 4.30 PM (9 PM IST).

Upon inspection of the leaked images, the upcoming Nokia smartphone will be equipped with a bezel-less display. Talking about the specifications, the Nokia 8 is rumored to ship with a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 835 processor, a 21MP rear camera coupled with a 12MP front-facing shooter. The smartphone will also provide support for OIS, which helps you to stabilize the captured images.

When it comes to the storage, the Nokia 8 will ship in 64GB and 128GB internal storage variants. You will be able to extend the storage up to 256GB. Based on the latest technological trends, you can expect Nokia 8 to ship with Android Nougat.

In addition to the Nokia 8, HMD Global is also expected to unveil Nokia 3310 feature phone with smart features. Some of the other smartphones rumored to release at MWC 2017 are Nokia P1, Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6.
