Nadella said that in the last one year, nearly 2000 startups have started using our cloud. The company has entered into a deal with Flipkart to integrate Microsoft Azure into the e-commerce platform.

He always appreciated the efforts of the Flipkart in the e-commerce segment. The company has also exclusively created its payments and logistics network. By combining Microsoft Azure and AI ecosystem, Flipkart will be able to boost the digital transformation in e-commerce.

Meanwhile, Bansal added that Microsoft has a very strong reputation in cloud computing paired with reliability and scale. The integration of products developed by Microsoft will help in providing a rich shopping experience for customers.

He said that the home-grown retailer has crossed the 100-million customer target and has a 10-year roadmap. In addition to the artificial intelligence, Nadella also said that machine learning is also an important part of transforming business.

Within the next few months, Flipkart will integrate Microsoft Azure-based cloud technologies and data analytics to the existing data centers. Moreover, the global scale will enable continued growth and expansion. The addition of AI enables 20000 to 25000 supply chain and logistics people to take important decisions, which will ultimately result in enhanced services.
