OnePlus has launched a new textured leather case for the premium OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T with a Black matte finish. The new OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T leather case is available on the global store at $29.95, which equates to Rs. 2000. As of writing this piece, the newly launched case is not available in Indian store.
According to OnePlus, the new OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T leather case is manufactured using calfskin leather blend. Moreover, the leather is manualy applied by hand on the hard plastic to ensure an accurate fit. The company disclosed that the microfibre lining has been used to protect valuable smartphones such as OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T from scratches.
With a weight of 21 grams, the new textured leather case measures 10.2mm thickness. Hence, the case will not add any unnecessary weight to the handset.
In the past, OnePlus had launched wooden cases for the OnePlus 2 and handsets released after that. The company also launched a Sandstone case for OnePlus handsets. You can buy the official cases directly from the OnePlus India official store.
