Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Watch 4 models are experiencing delays

For a long time, Samsung has been at the top of the smartphone manufacturing food chain. It is recognized for delivering high-end products as well as mid-range devices for those on a budget. The public has generally praised the South Korean tech giant’s products. Consequently, over time, the business has broadened its focus and created several intriguing products.

Samsung’s new “mainstream” foldables were heavily promoted at its Unpacked event, and it appears to be paying off for the business. Almost to the point where some Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Watch 4 models are already experiencing delays due to high demand.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Watch 4 Face Shortages

Customers’ orders would take longer to arrive owing to “unforeseen delivery bottlenecks,” according to screenshots of emails from Samsung acquired by trustworthy sources. While accessories may arrive sooner, the device is slated to arrive in mid-September, according to the company.

Because the emails appear to be in German, the delays may be limited to specific models in specific regions, especially since other smartphones are arriving early to customers. It appears to affect the 46mm Watch 4 LTE and the 512GB Galaxy Z Fold 3 according to sources; however, we are awaiting formal confirmation from Samsung.

Understandably, Samsung would find itself in a pickle. The business looks to be receiving impressive order numbers for its new foldables, even though the successors to the finest foldable phones that can carry out SMS Share with ease, were supposedly not expected to be as popular. Samsung told Android Central this week that demand in foldables is “at an all-time high,” and that sales of its new foldables are “already outperforming total sales for Galaxy Z smartphones to date in 2021.”

Summing Up

Although Samsung has not released an official statement regarding the shortages, we believe that the South Korean tech giant will address the situation quite soon. It is also possible that the shortages occurred due to the global chip crisis. We will have to wait for further details to estimate how much of a delay there is.
