Microsoft has released Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23606 to the Dev Channel. Microsoft revealed that this flight is the final build of 2023 before the product team steps into the holidays. The ISOs for this build is also made available. You will experience a download loop during the download process. The build will appear to download multiple times with an 8024200D error. However, the download will be successful and the build should install without any problem.

Windows Speech Recognition Replaced: Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23606

The Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23606 has replaced Windows Speech Recognition to voice access. You will view a pop-up, which prompts you to test drive voice access when WSR is opened. Microsoft has added a banner under Settings | Accessibility | Speech option. The Voice access makes use of on-device speech recognition, which enables users to manage PC and text authoring without an active Internet connectivity.
