The big advantage of UMANG is that you can interact with the customer support directly within the app via live chat. You should select the first icon located on the top portion adjacent to the search box, which enables you to easily find a specific service.

Conclusion

UMANG is an excellent mobile app, which is used to access various services related to Government and other related agencies. You need not have to SMS to book LPG cylinders. You just need to tap the relevant icon and complete the booking process from within the app including the ability to view the previous history in detail. The main goal of the app is to simplify the complicated process involved in availing the various services.
