Apple has announced its Scary Fast event on October 30, which will be live-streamed on the official website. According to the official invitation sent out by Apple, the launch is scheduled for October 30 at 5 PM PT. The Scary Fast event is expected to feature new iMacs and MacBooks. However, the invite hasn’t mentioned any devices. Interestingly, the event timing is scheduled at 5 PM PT, which is around 5.30 AM on October 31. Hence, the timing of the Scary Fast event will be convenient for people in India.
Apple may introduce an updated model of the 24-inch iMac, which will most likely ship with a 4.5K retina display, an M1 chip, and 500-nits peak brightness. The news on the rumor mills is that a larger Pro variant of the iMac is a possibility but the 24-inch iMac is expected to launch during the upcoming launch event.
The Cupertino-based software giant also expected to debut new MacBooks with a powerful M3 chipset. The M3 chipset is more powerful than the M1 chip and will enhance the productivity of the users. The upcoming MacBooks will feature an enhanced design and performance. That being said, you need not have to expect the launch of new iPads. Apple will launch new iPads by the end of March 2024 with expected shipping by April 2024.
Apple is currently manufacturing iPhones in India. The interesting fact is that iPhones shipped to US are said to be Made in India, which is a testimony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Make in India initiative. We have to wait and watch whether there will be any announcements for India during the Scary Fast event.
