Microsoft has announced the launch of Windows 11 Build 22635.3061 to the Beta Channel Windows Insiders. The Windows Share window provides an ability to share URLs directly to WhatsApp, Gmail, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn from within Microsoft Edge. This feature will also be made available to other web browsers that invoke the Windows share window. If you work with Microsoft Edge, you can easily invoke the Windows share window by selecting the share icon located at the top right in the Toolbar and selecting the Windows share options.
The Windows 11 Build 22635.3061 ships with bug fixes that enhance overall reliability. The flight also includes richer weather experience on the lock screen including dynamic and interactive weather updates. You will view additional information as you hover over the weather experience on your lock screen. Microsoft Edge browser opens with the complete forecast in MSN Weather when you tap or click on the weather card.
This new experience will be activated by default in the Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22635.3061. You can change your lock screen state to None if you don’t want to visualize this experience. Moreover, the new experience will be available irrespective of the personalization option such as Windows spotlight, Slideshow, or Picture. This feature is currently being rolled out to EN-US users only. Hence, it will take time to hit your devices.
Microsoft has started to update references to Azure Active Directory (AAD) to Microsoft Entra ID in Settings. This flight has resolved issues related to Spellchecker and ActiveX scroll bar but it does not work in IE mode.
If you work with Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel running 22312.xxxx.x version of the Microsoft Store or higher, then you will be able to launch Instant Arcade games while browsing. You just need to hover over the Instant Arcade game and select the Play Now button. A notification will be received when you initiate a download from the Microsoft store. You will notice significant performance enhancements when you install products from the search results page. You will notice smoother animations that are seamless.
